Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to service your jewelry.
For example, if the jewelry gets damaged during wear and a stone is lost, we can help you try to locate a replacement stone. Once found, we will inform you of the replacement cost and upon payment of charges, we will repair the damaged piece and you will only charged for the stone cost.
