All of our jewelry is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to shipment. Our lifetime warranty offers free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning services.
In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry or you are in need of other services that are not covered under our lifetime warranty, your jewelry can be mailed back to our office for evaluation. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to service your jewelry.
For example, if the jewelry gets damaged during wear and a stone is lost, we can help you try to locate a replacement stone. Once found, we will inform you of the replacement cost and upon payment of charges, we will repair the damaged piece and you will only charged for the stone cost. The jewelry repair is covered by our lifetime guarantee.

In addition to our lifetime warranty on workmanship, we provide an upgrade policy. You have the option of upgrading your Safiya Alexandrites piece for something else on our online store. You would need to provide proof of purchase and send the piece to us for inspection in order to receive the credit towards your new purchase.
